Tomato Stew
Instructions
Step 1
Sauté the Onions:
Heat oil in a saucepan. Add the chopped onions and sauté until soft and golden brown.
Step 2
Puree the Pinnick Instant Party Jollof Blend:
Mix the 200g of Pinnick Instant Party Jollof Blend with 1 cup of water until it becomes a paste.
Step 3
Cook the Tomato Mixture:
Add the Puree mix into the saucepan. Stir well and cook until the sauce thickens and the oil separates.
Step 4
Add your protein (optional):
Add the cooked or fried chicken or beef or fish. Let the stew simmer for 15-20 minutes, adding water or broth as needed to adjust the thickness.
Step 5
Serve:
The tomato stew can be served with rice, spaghetti, beans, yams, etc.
